I would like to raise a complaint against Riders Junction (https://ridersjunction.com/) regarding an issue with my order and the lack of response from their customer support.
I had placed an order on the Riders Junction website with Order Number RJ*****. Unfortunately, while placing the order, I unintentionally entered an incorrect mobile number. Due to this mistake, the delivery person was unable to contact me and the order was returned to Riders Junction.
After this, I contacted the Riders Junction customer support team through their WhatsApp number. During the conversation, it was confirmed that the mobile number provided during the order was incorrect. They informed me that if I still wanted the product to be delivered, I would need to pay the shipping charges again. As instructed, I paid INR *** for the reshipping of the order.
However, when the delivery was attempted again, the delivery person refused to hand over the product to me because the mobile number provided by the Riders Junction team for the delivery was incorrect. As a result, I could not receive my order despite paying the additional shipping charges.
Since then, I have been trying to contact Riders Junction through their WhatsApp number and email, but I have not received any response from their team.
I request Voxya to kindly intervene in this matter and help resolve the issue. I would like either:
Successful delivery of my order without any additional charges, or
A full refund of the amount paid, including the additional shipping charges of INR ***.
I hope for your support in resolving this issue at the earliest.
