*. My instructions were crisp and clear regarding the customisation. I even cross checked many times. Even when the name on the courier packet was misspelled by her, I checked in again regarding the correct customisation on the hoodie.
*. When I received the products, this was the defect:

- The name that had to be customised was ATEEDEEP. But on the hoodie it was written ATEENDEEP. Despite of asking and cross checking so many times, the name was misspelled.

*. I reported the matter to her instantly, but even after messaging her constantly, I did not get any reply back. After a day I received a message from her stating that she was sorry but no action was taken by her regarding the same. After that I was constantly messaging her, ending up with no response.
*. After having a conversation with one of her friend and pestering her with hundreds of messages and warnings, she agreed for an exchange and asked me to ship you back the product.
*. The product was delivered back to her by *th December ****. She had agreed to deliver the same by **th December ****.
*. Despite of constantly messaging after that, she did not reply. She stated an excuse to me that the printer is not working. She had agreed to ship the hoodie by **th December ****.
*. It is **th December **** and still there is no update on the hoodie. I have been messaging her, but she is ghosting me again.
