Ola has charged me double charges on my trips and when i asked to resolve the issue they kept delaying or kept giving automated reply. And, the complaints were closed without taking any contact from me. I had been waiting for the reply and they added fine of Rs *** for late payment that was delayed because of their delayed response and settling the case. I have lost *** Rs to this cheating company. OLA IS FRAUD. And, the customer service is pathetic.
