I order two samosas on ** August of ** rupees (** Rs Paytm + ** Rs Zomato credit). The restaurant accepts the order but after a few minutes, I get a call from Zomato delivery boy he said samosa not available. I chat with Zomato executive he said ok I cancel your order you get your full refund in ** to ** hours. I said ok after * day I tell them I received ** Rs in Paytm but not get ** rupees in Zomato credit. They said to wait for ** to ** hours amount will reflect in your Zomato credit. After ** hours I did not get money then they said ok sorry for this please wait for next ** hours amount surely show in your account then I said ok. After ** hours I again message today then they said money already refunded to you ** Rs in Zomato credit and its expired. I shocked how and when. I really don't know they do this when they add and when it's expired. I did not get food first then they cancelled my order then I did not get money. Matlab khaya piya kuch nahi or bill bhi bharwa liya. Please help me. Kisi bhi tarah help karo me inhe sabak sikha ke rahunga.
