- Nondelivery of confirmed order from ElectronicsComp ^Open

I had placed an order with ElectronicsComp on **th March **** with Order ID #*******. The order status on their website still shows as “Confirmed,” but I have not received the product till date.

The payment was made partly through my ElectronicsComp wallet (which already had some balance), and the remaining amount was transferred from my bank account to the wallet to complete the payment. The total amount paid was ₹***.**.

Despite the order being confirmed and visible in my order history, the product has not been delivered. I have attached a screenshot of the order confirmation as evidence.

I tried contacting their support but received no response. This delay is unacceptable and has caused inconvenience.

Resolution Expected:
I request Voxya to help me get either:
- The product delivered immediately
OR
- A full refund of ₹***.**
