I have opted Family Plan. My parent No. is ********* with *** plan & Child no. is ********** with *** plan. My Child no is facing Network & Internet problem. Internet is not working on my Child no. Its showing Internet service is not Active on your number. Which is a Big mistake from Airtel side. I have given many requests for the same but still no solution for that. I have given complaint regarding Network issue with reference no. ******** on ** sept & its supposed to be resolved on ** th Sept. but againg no resolution
