I have ordered a cycle Helmet from Eassymall-online marketing place on **.**.**** with OID*****. I have paid Rs.**** (including **%GST) through Paytm account. After the lapses in waiting by ** days neither my ordered item delivered nor refund the money till date by the Essaymall.
