I have ordered a RO kit containing assorted RO accessories - * ro membrane filter, *sediment filter, * pre carbon filter, *post carbon filter, *tds meter, * pre filter cartridge. The price mentioned is **** on ** may ****.
Recieved the order on ** may ****.
On recieving found that *pre carbon filter is missing. Their invoice contain no description of items details.
I immediately asked for return of kit on the ** may itself attaching the image of the product recieved but flipkart always reject the same.
After repeated following finally the accept the replacement. The due date for replacement is * june but the pickup come on * june and it reject the pickup by saying that the brand doesnot match.
I have attached the pics of the product on ** may itself of all the assorted products as none of them were of same brand and the product were same which were send by the seller to me.
On calling customer care they did not give any satisfactory sollution and told to cancel replacement and again file replacement. I asked them for written reason for rejection but still waiting for any explanation from them.
It's about a month since I order the product and not able to repaired my RO and has to now spend everyday on water bottles since neither my ro is repaired not I was getting my money back.
