Maine order #******************_* (Vought Store Luxury Round Coffee Table Set) * March ko quality/performance issue (poor quality/not good) ke wajah se return request kiya tha.
Multiple pickup attempts fail hue (rider baar-baar message bhejta tha lekin actual collection kabhi nahi hua). Is wajah se return request cancel ho gaya bina product return ke.
Ab **+ din ho gaye hain, lekin refund abhi tak nahi aaya. Ticket MST-********** senior team ko escalate kiya gaya hai, lekin koi final confirmation ya timeline nahi mila. Returnless refund maang raha hoon kyunki pickup nahi hua aur quality issue valid hai.
Meesho customer support sirf loop mein daal rahi hai aur senior team se update nahi aa raha. Kripya is case mein intervention kar ke refund process karwayen (returnless ya normal, ₹****).
