- Issue with received refurbished phone ^Closed

Hi Team,

About my order OD***************** have received the phone Redmi *A on **th May, ****. While purchasing this phone no where it's mentioned it's a refurbished phone and in flipkart still it's showing * year warranty on manufacturing defects.

Currently in my phone am facing charging issues, it's won't able to take charge as battery get swollen. Based on my product order & delivery date still it should under the warranty only.

But yesterday when I reached to MI service center they denied to take this phone under warranty. With IMEI no they have searched and get the details and confirmed it's already activated earlier on **** and it's a refurbished device.

My concern is how come you guys are selling any refurbished product as a fresh one?

It's really painful to get such fraud activities from Flipkart. In my invoice and still in your flipkart dashboard no where it's mentioned as refurbished product then how come with the fresh price you are delivering such refurbished devices.

Here I have attached the all require documents, kindly look into this.

This is kind of harassment which I never faced before, I look forward for your immediate action else I need to raise this concern in broader audience and in public/consumer forum to get a solution.
