I placed an order (#********) on **th March **** at **:** PM from La Pino'z Pizza, Bhagal, Surat through the food delivery platform.
Despite waiting for a long time, the order was never accepted, prepared, or delivered. The status remained stuck at "Order Received" without any progress.
I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times, but they did not answer any calls. I also reached out to customer support, but there has been no response even after more than ** hours.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and negligence. The company has failed to deliver the order and is still holding my payment without any resolution.
I request the following:
*. Immediate cancellation of the order
*. Full refund of the paid amount without any deductions
*. Proper action against such negligent service
I have attached all relevant screenshots as proof.
Kindly resolve this issue urgently.
