I got a call from Homeshop** after my order of some clothing combo pack & their telecaller told that I had won *st prize in their lucky draw of the **th year anniversary of Homeshop ** company. They told me the first prize is a Toyota Fortuner car and its cost is Rs. *******/- then they asked do you want the car or the cost of the car. If you want the car then you have to pay Rs. *****/- as freight charge of transportation on your address or if you want the cost you have to pay Rs. *****/- for converting the prize car to cost. I told to get the cost of the car paid them the amount of Rs.*****/-. After some time they called back to me and said we had got your amount and your prize transaction is under process, within ** hours you will get this amount of Rs.*******/-. Next day they called back again and said sorry for miscommunication due to the large amount you have to pay TDS charge of Rs. *****/-. I paid for it & then the next day called and said to pay Rs. *****/- as GST. I paid & then said to pay processing fee of Rs. *****/-. I paid for it & then said to pay transaction charge Rs. *****/-. I paid it & then they said to pay DE-registration fee of the car Rs. *****/-. I paid it & then they said to pay finalization charges Rs.*****/-. I also paid for it. Totally I paid Rs. ******/- to Homeshop ** and they frauded this amount by me and I did not get my prize. I request to company please provide my prize car to me or refund the amount I paid to you.
