- FULL AMOUNT NOT RETURNED BY FOR A CAR SOLD THROUGH ^Closed

I sold my CAR and the car was sold using services of CARS** app, I sold it as a Private seller and a Private Buyer came through Cars** App. So Cars** worked as a mediator and charged a fee of Rs.*,***/- from each party.

For using the services of CARS** to help in the SALE PROCESS, I have paid Rs.*,***/- to CARS** (PLEASE REFER TO attachment - Payment Receipt Attached). The new buyer has also paid the same amount. This customer has taken a loan from CARS**.

TOTAL value agreed for the sale of the CAR(was for an amount of Rs.*,**,***/-. OUT OF THIS
I had only received One Part payment on **.**.**** from CARS** for Rs.*,**,***/- on behalf of the Customer for an amount of Rs.*,**,***/-. THE customer took a Car loan from CARS**, so Cars** released the payments to me.

Balance pending amount payable to me was Rs.**,***/- (Please refer to attachment No*. I have attached a screenshot of the payment breakup No.*) as per my discussion with CARS**.

The new BUYER was ALSO TAKING A LOAN FROM CARS**, CARS** has been making payments to me on behalf of the buyer.

Since I had an active loan from CARS** I was advised that Rs.**,***/- will be on hold towards the loan clearance and once the NOC is provided the hold amount of Rs.**,***/-will be released to my account within ** hours. BUt only after many mails and followups they returned the Rs.**,*** for NOC and Rs.**** for challans which was on my car that I had cleared.
THe car was sold on **.**.****. I had made a payment to CARS** FINANCIAL Services on **.**.**** and cleared my car loan (Loan Ac NO. **********) and the NOC was also sent to me on **.**.****.

From the balance amount payable to me, Rs.**,***/- was on hold towards the RC, till today after * months despite so many mails, they never are able to understand or they just ask me to send mails and they have a computer generated response stating they will get back within * working days, some advisor responds and no one knows exactly what to do, I am so frustrated with this company. I have dealt with them * times and have even purchased another Car from them for *.*Lacs taking a bank loan, and my EMIs overall have been delayed because of their delays, that I have pledged my gold to cover shortfalls for their delays, and that also they have not done my RC transfer after * months, when I spoke to them they say that the car is in some yard, where as the car is with me and I am using it every day. SO they just dont know what to answer or have some unqualified people working in the company and like me I am sure many others are suffering. THey dont have a proper call centre to call and voice your complaints. THey just make you go round in circles.
I have so many emails where I have expressed my concerns and there is no solution from this company. I would really like them to be taught a lesson and have a better customer service than make false promises while selling services and their cars and after their sale is done they do not care or show any sense of responsibility.
