We a Made a Corporate Booking at OYO Capital O ***** Hotel Jeyan Inn Via Ibibo Application . The Booking Was made , and Our Corporate Guest Had to Check in Early *:** Am so Our Team went to hotel and asked for early check in , The Hotelier said to pay **** rs for Early Check in , We Did . At the Time of Check-In By The Guest They Were Not Having the Category of Room We Booked For , so They Gave The Guest a Room of Upgraded Category . and asked us to pay INR **** Per room more for Deluxe Category Room and That too on Paytm . Now when it was payed . The Guest was checked-in and forced to shift the room to Classic Category . The Guest Denied.
The Guest Constantly Complained About , Room Odor , Smell and Mosquitoes . And The Major Issue was that the Hotel Did Not Have Water . Neither to Take Bath , Wash Hands , Neither in Washroom .
Forcefully The Guest Had to Check Out Due to Ill treatment One Day Before They Had to Check Out .
When Our Company , Called The Hotel Jeyan Inn and Explained The Issue The Hotelier Manager Rawat , and His Colleuges Started Arguments and Abusing Us . When We Told Them That We Would Complaint in The Consumer Court .
