I booked Mussorie Nainital package for * of my family member travel date **-Aug and return date **-Aug money given including me (Money givenRs. *****) and because of the weather i cancel my holiday plan on **-Aug..I got the mail from Goldentrip that i will get refund of Rs. ***** and Rs.**** will get deducted.After many followup they didn't give my money and i told them to do part payment and i got mail from Goldentrip that we can't do part payment and you will get full payment and date given them from their side was between **-** oct but when i called on **th oct they told that we will not refund the money ,then i contacted lawyer and lawyer prepared legal notice and when i informed about that,then they start giving as a partial payment.As of now in * installment agent who is goldentrip tour advisor Nishant has given Rs.***** .The payment done from their side was ****, **** and then ****. Last payment on **th Nov and after that when i contact Nishant Mishra,he always told me that you will get payment shortly but never gives time.Now he is not picking my call till date.The only option left with me is to Lodge FIR against Nishant mishra and Goldentrip Pvt. Ltd. and then go for Legal action.They are mental harassing me.Attached email for your reference.
