I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Symphony Limited regarding my recent order for an air cooler placed through your official website.
At the time of purchase, the delivery was promised by a specific date. However, the product has not been delivered even after the committed timeline has passed. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering the urgency of the requirement.
Additionally, I have attempted to cancel the order due to the delay, but there has been no proper response or action taken from your side. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, neither has the order been canceled nor has the refund been processed.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely delivery, and proper support in case of issues. Failing to deliver the product as promised and also denying cancellation and refund is a clear violation of consumer rights.
I hereby request the following actions on an urgent basis:

Full refund of the paid amount without any further delay.
