I wish to complain about the Fraud which was happened with me on ** September **** in between **:**PM to **:**PM at “Wonder Gallery” .

I am complaining because the shopkeeper has taken money from me to create EMI CARD, but they didn’t give it to me. They were continuously intimidating me by saying if you’ll not purchase the mobile phone today, the company will reject the EMI CARD and you’ll loss the amount which you had paid us.

I had gone to a shop to purchase a REDMI NOTE ** PRO MAX mobile phone on EMI. The price of the mobile is **,***. The shopkeeper told as the total amount to purchase the mobile is **,*** + ***.
**,*** for mobile and *** for BJAJA EMI CARD. After ** minute they told us that they have created the card and taken ***rs from me by saying you can collect your phone on tomorrow. When I went to the shop tomorrow. The shop owners were intimidating us and forcing us to buy the mobile phones from which they have.
They are giving the false information to us that if you purchase the REDMI phone you have to pay the *.* to * thousand extra amount as interest.

After a long discussion with shop owner I found that all these things “you will lose your money, your card will be rejected” was false information also they didn’t generate any EMI CARD. When I asked him to give me the money if you haven’t created and paid any amount for the card. They have clearly declined to give us my money.
