- Fraud plain and simple of ZapBooking com ^Open

There is no option for negative stars. These guys are absolute fraud. Do not do any business with them. Damini's number (**********) posted on their website but not getting any response from her after she claimed that refund will be issued within *-* days and after multiple follow ups, I got a message to expect refund by today but so far nothing. When trying to call her (called over ** times just today on whatsapp, regular phone), getting no response. When trying to call Mukesh on the other number listed on their website (**********). It is a high amount and these frauds are just not responding. Mukesh is at least responding but his response typically is to contact Damini. So some game is happening or a complete fraud is happening. First of all they post low fares on their website as bait for unsuspecting customers. they do not have any connectivity with actual ticketing applications. they simply and immediately deduct the money first and fail the transaction. Then they play with you for days together saying they are in touch with the airlines while they are just enjoying baiting other innocent customers in that time. Afterwards, they claim refund but dont actually issue it. finally they will not respond/answer calls. this is their modus operandi. and unfortunately, I have fallen victim to this. very pathetic and caused me a lot of mental and emotional toll. I will be suing them not only for the refund but all the health effects these issues are causing me. absolutely pathetic service! I have gone ahead and raised police case against them. I also attached the screenshot of the same so that you readers know that mine is a genuine review. Speaking of reviews, notice how they only have all * star or all * star reviews. All the * star reviews are from them themselves and all the * star reviews are from real customers.
