Typical sales pitch on selling products as the normal sales person does. My experience was pathetic and worst. Myself and wife had visited the shop and finalised price and Acrylic sheet through Vinit and owner Raunak, but same product was available for cheaper rate at next door. So we renegotiated and could manage further reduction in cost with RAUNAK OWNER OF ARIHANT
Finally received the product and at the time of application I could see multiple scratches on the Acrylic sheet (wherein it was labelled as ANTI SCRATCH) and complained. The person visited at my place but denied the product was defective so I tried explaining it to the Owner Mr Pradeep but he was too didn't accept and was arrogant. So I am left with no choice but to keep the defective stuff.
