A * months project (that got started in mid-August ****) has still (end-December ****) not delivered. Civil work execution was poor with low quality execution after numerous follow ups. Can’t even recall the number of follow ups done! The designers are incompetent with poor dimension understanding and subsequent recommendations for revamp. Custom orders are again poorly made with absolutely wrong (larger than the actual) dimensions. Now they are asking for ***% civil work closure, and then only will deliver custom work? Strange! But we have learnt our lesson and have stopped any payment till we have ensured the quality of custom deliveries. Harassed to core!
