I am filing this complaint against Reliance Digital regarding a defective laptop and extremely poor after-sales service.
I had purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital, which soon developed issues and stopped functioning properly. I raised a complaint expecting a timely resolution. However, it has now been almost three weeks, and my issue is still unresolved.
I would like to clearly state that this is not the fault of the service technician, who has been cooperative. The real issue lies in the defective product quality and the delay in service and spare parts delivery, which reflects poor service management from the company.
Due to the unavailability of my laptop, I have been unable to perform my professional work. As a result, I was forced to take leave from my job, which has caused salary deduction and direct financial loss, along with mental stress and inconvenience.
Additionally, I have tried multiple times to contact the service center for updates, but the phone has been switched off, showing a lack of proper customer support and communication.
Despite waiting patiently, there has been no proper resolution or clear timeline provided by the company.
Relief Requested:
Replacement of the defective product without further delay
Compensation for financial loss (salary deduction) caused due to service delay
Additional compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
The delay of nearly three weeks in resolving a basic issue clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate it further through appropriate legal channels.
