We have purchased a sideboard table from Pepperfry on **th August and received it on **th August and when it was opened by their team of three members it was noticed that it was damaged table, I’ve tried reaching the entire Pepperfry team but it went in vein.
This was ordered in Pepperfry studio Banjara Hills Hyderabad. We have paid full amount of *****/- in advance and now Prajakta from ceo office is taking care of the case but they seem to have a habit of cheating customers.I request you guys to kindly replace the table or refund the amount.
