yesterday (**.**.**) i wanted a cab for Surat, hence i searched in the google and my search came end on mahadevcarrentals.com, i filled the initial details like name and number and pickup point and drop point for call back, then after i received a call from Mr Amit, he gave me the details of travel and ask my watsapp number for sending details for the same, which i gave to him, he send the details with a link where i has to post all my itenaries and also demand rs ***/- for booking charges, usually i hesitate to pay to unknown website and person hence i consult with my friend and also search his website about the credential, which found ok, pls note that all the calls are coming on watsapp only. after some time he again called me and ask me what happen, i told him my card is at home and at present i m in office hence i will pay afterwards (this is because i wanted some more time to find the authenticity), after some time another message came at my watsapp from different number name Vijay singh, he also send me the same website and details which was sent by amit, and he called me as well and gave instruction what and how to do to fill the details and make the payment, later on i make up my mind to pay them, for this i have to download their application mahadev car rentals which i did. after filling all my travel details, i put the details of my debit card (i chase the card which is having low balance), but OTP not generated, hence i called him and told, he told me to make payment through credit card, which i tried. again the otp not generated, again he called me to go the app and there was driver details copy the number having **xxxxx# something like this and paste it to your dial pad and call, i did the same then after my all call forward (i didnt aware of such incident already happen on my phone) then he told to try for payment, again i tried with the credit card, and after long time the otp received, but before i put this otp to the checkbox, rs ***/- deducted, and then rs ******/- then rs ****/- and lastly ****/- from my credit card, this happened in a minute time
i was using ICICI amazon pay credit card having limit of ******/-
you are requested to help me out
i already file complaint in cyber crime, icici back and police station as well within an hour.
