I purchased a product from Crocs India under Order ID *********.
The product was returned, and the return pickup was successfully completed by the courier partner. However, despite the return being collected, I have not received my refund.
It has now been approximately *.* months since the return pickup. During this period, I have contacted customer support multiple times through email. Different support representatives have repeatedly informed me that the matter has been escalated and that I should wait for one week. However, these timelines have passed multiple times without any resolution.
Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have neither received the refund nor been provided with a definite refund date.
I request assistance in obtaining my pending refund and a resolution to this matter.
