Hi Team Orient,
We have filed a complaint for the Orient Electric Geyser Breakdown. Product is in One year of warranty and Compliant No. C***********. Customer Care representative advised that Engineer will visit in next ** Hours, but no body visited since last ** hours of logging the compliant, We got a call from the Service Engineer who has asked for the Valid Invoice copy to be shared on WhatsApp at his personal number We have shared it in the good faith considering this is part of the Procedure but after getting the Invoice copy, he neither visited to the site and nor picking up our calls and continuously disconnecting the calls from the Afternoon.
You are requested to please take immediate action on the compliant as we are the valued customer from Orient and did not expect these behaviors from the Service Engineers.
We would like to acknowledge that if this compliant will not closed within next ** hours, we will be only option available to reach out to consumer court.
