- Complaint Regarding Wrong Size Poor Customer Support Unclear Exchange Policy Order Open

I had placed an order (Order No. ******, Product: Neria Gotapatti Tier Suit Set, Size: XL). Before placing the order, I had clearly discussed the sizing with their team over call, and based on their assurance, I chose a size * sizes bigger than my usual fit. Despite this, the delivered product is tight and does not fit well.
For the last * days, I have been trying to exchange this product, but have received no response via WhatsApp, email, or calls. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Furthermore, your policy mentions an exchange fee of ₹***. However, in this case, the sizing error is not from my end — I had taken extra care and confirmed everything in advance. Therefore, I should not be charged any exchange fee. I expect a free exchange for this order and an immediate update on the process and timeline.
Also, I ordered * dresses, but only * has been delivered so far. There is no update on the remaining items, which adds to my frustration.
If I do not receive a proper response within * working days, I will be escalating this matter through the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) and sharing my experience on social media, tagging @aachhofashion and @consumeraffairsgoi.
