I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order of a TP-Link Tapo C*** Smart Wi-Fi Camera from Dealclear.com. However, instead of the specified product, I have received a different and inferior CCTV camera, which does not match the description or specifications advertised on your platform.
This constitutes a clear case of misleading advertisement and deficiency in service. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, especially as there has been no proper response from your support team regarding this issue.
I request you to help me to return of the incorrect product and initiate a full refund at the earliest.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
