- Complaint Against RedCliffe Labs Unethical Practices and Overcharging ^Closed

Dear Voxya Consumer Forum ,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recent experience with RedCliffe Labs, involving Booking ID *******.

I had initially booked a blood test worth **** INR for my close friend in Bandra West, Mumbai. However, during the home visit, the phlebotomist utilized manipulative tactics, persuading my friend to opt for a significantly more expensive package worth **** rupees without obtaining informed consent.
Unfortunately, my friend, lacking medical expertise, unknowingly consented to tests that were unnecessary.

To exacerbate the issue, the tests were conducted for double the originally quoted amount, totaling INR ****.

Despite multiple attempts to address the overcharging and unethical practices through emails and follow-ups with RedCliffe Labs' customer service team, we have not received a fair resolution. The company has not taken responsibility for their actions, and there has been a distressing lack of transparency.
