I am reaching out to share a very bad experience that i had with Club Resorto, which led to a distressing financial loss of ₹*,**,*** for me. This distressing experience began with an unsolicited invitation to a promotional event at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Kochi, where I was subjected to high-pressure sales tactics by individuals named Prince and Shuhaid ( Don’t even know if It is their real name).

They initially tried to sell me a package valued at ₹*.* lakhs, but thankfully, I opted for a less expensive package. Unfortunately, the issues that ensued were just as problematic. Although assured of a **-day cancellation policy, my subsequent attempt to cancel and receive a refund was outright denied, despite their initial promises.

The offers of free movie tickets, luxury hotel stays, and exclusive flight discounts were mere lures to trap customers into making impulsive financial decisions. Furthermore, they offered EMI options to make these large expenses seem more manageable, which only adds to the deceptive allure.

It has become clear that Club Resorto's business model involves moving from city to city, exploiting customers with deceptive promises, and then failing to adhere to their own cancellation and refund policies. They choose reputable venues like the Holiday Inn and provide complimentary snacks and coffee to create a veneer of credibility and luxury—do not be fooled by these tactics.

I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution with Club Resorto. Their operations are not only misleading but outright fraudulent. They claim to offer refunds, but these promises are false and only serve to temporarily placate customers. I have been waiting for a refund since the day I made the payment, with no success.

If anyone else has fallen into this trap or can offer any assistance in recovering the money, please reach back to me. Sharing our experiences and taking collective action may be our best recourse against this deceitful company.

However, based on my experience, communication through their provided emails at holidays@clubresorto.com and holiday*@clubresorto.com may not yield any resolution.
