- Cashback not being provided and also denying return Open

I purchased a laptop from croma online website and applied the offer for American Express credit cards. As per this offer I was supposed to receive a cashback of upto **** rupees. After following up with the company multiple times they denied me the cashback but now they are also denying to take back the completely sealed product.
I followed up with the grievances officer but he has denied giving me the cashback as well as denied giving me a refund.
I am ***% sure I did select the cashback offer and did the process as expected but the company is denying it and also at the same time is not willing to return my money.
