Hello Team,
Mr Sachin from the Escalation team told me today that, you guys only try to repair it once again using the means of fiber welding, etc which will damage the bumper more and it is only a temporary solution.
Also, he told me that, after this second repair if it breaks down again in one or one and half months. You will replace it with a new bumper.
It is clear that even you don't have the confidence that it is a permanent solution.
Even after trying to solve this diligently, you guys have gone ahead to harass me more.
As per my rights, I am posting this on all social media platforms so that people know your service level and also proceed to the consumer forum.
Additionally, I am getting the bumper replaced soon at the Maruti Authorized showroom.
