This brand factory branch is located in Hyderabad,Begumpet branch..I made a purchase on ** th of May **** as there was a buy * get * offer available I purchased * pants in buy * get * offer and * shirts in buy * and get * offer.for the total amount of ****.
When I was making payment I informed the counter if there is any exchange option available so that If there is a size issue I can come and exchange, the counter person informed * days exchange option I was satisfied and then made the payment. due to size issue I went back to brandfactory same branch on **th the shop was closed and I went back on ** th the shop was again closed. I went today on **st of June **** and informed them Abt my visits to their shop and they said due to covid-** GHMC ordered them to open the shop on alternate days we were not informed about this when we when we made a purchaseand inform them as we were not aware can we exchange the said we can exchange the product we went there at around **:** a.m. and by the time we selected the product it was already *:** p.m. and we went to the counter there was only one person on the counter he said you just need to pay *** rupees extra and you will get the exchange but the person who actually bills the exchange products went for a lunch so please wait for ** minutes so that we can bill and give the products we waited for ** minutes and then that lady she came and informed us that we have to pay **** rupees extra the reason is because the offer got expired so when we inform them that you why didn't you inform us when we have entered your premises and informed you that we came here to exchange the product you would have informed us that the offer is expired you have visited a time in am not going to pay you **** rupees as the information is not provided to me accurately but the supervisor from Begumpet branch he doesn't even know how to behave with customers I have a video recording of brand factory customer support team how they actually behave with the customers I can share it online just share your details so that I can mail it you this was a very bad experience which I had so finally I had to come back I wasted my time I wasted my life today's I went there in the shop remain closed and the third day when I went back finally the shop was who can buy these people refuse to exchange my product in the offer which I have taken it is was so ridiculous because while making the purchase they keep you different from is and when you come back to exchange the products they refuse to take the so please do not buy from bamboo tree its waste waste friend by its name
