Hi,
This in with regards to one ongoing loan in the name of Gaurav Somnath Bhamare (**********). I have been receiving frequent calls for the repayment of the loan amount from **********, **********, who mentioned himself to be someone from your Collection team. First to point out, I did not know anything about this loan and I did not even sign anywhere as the guarantor for any such loan. I don't even know the guy name Gaurav Somnath Bhamare nor i am related to him in any way. God knows from your team got my contact numbers.
Your teams must and should be running a background check on the guarantor details provided by any loan applicant. In no way I am responsible for the recoverability of the loan amount. If I receive any further calls from you people then I will take the appropriate legal action against your organization.
For your reference, the contact number of the borrower is ********** .To reiterate, this loan has no connection with me and I am not responsible for your failure to recover any amount. Please don't bother me in this matter anymore.
