i placed an order of t-shirt on ** sep **** from firstcry and product received to me was smaller in size so i raised an return request and first cry refunded my amount and failed to pickup my product as courier person has come to collect in morning time and i was in office i requested him to come in evening and therafter no attempt has been made to pickup the product after few days i also discarded the product as it was of smaller size and no use to me. since than it has been * month first cry didn't call me up for pickup and i was having *** rs in my firstcry wallet they did not deducted money but now after * month i placed another order and first they cancelled it and they have deducted money from refund without my consent. how can they deduct money for previous issue for which i am not having any mistake
