I had placed a return request for my AJIO order with return id RT********* on **/**/****. The first pickup was scheduled for **/**/****. However, since that date, the pickup has been rescheduled on a daily basis with Delhivery as the assigned logistics partner.
Despite repeated scheduling, no one has turned up for the pickup, nor have I received any call, update, or proper response from AJIO or Delhivery.
This negligence has caused me repeated inconvenience, wasted my time, and left my refund pending without any resolution. I believe this constitutes a deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under consumer protection norms.
Relief Sought:
Immediate pickup of the return order and processing of my refund.
Compensation for the mental stress and inconvenience caused due to repeated delays and lack of communication.
