- Air cancellation fee charged by Goibibo Open

Goibibo has charged me cancellation charges for my airfare which was cancelled and there was no cancellation fee charged by Indigo airlines . indigo airlines paid rs. **,***/- in full but Goibibo is paying only rs *****/-. for pnr# WPHYXX.
When asked for the cancellation chanrges, they don;t give reason. A deduction on rs ****/- is done from goibibo.
As per Airlines rules, there is no airline cancellation charges but still go ibibo is charging the amount.
I want Rs **** to be paid as well . This is harassment by goibibo to the consumer.
