2. Go to Grievance Portal
Apart from all the customer care number, all of these gas companies have online grievance portals. All you have to do is fill the form by entering all the necessary details and a customer representative will call you in a short while.
3. Send a Legal Notice
If you still feel neglected and feel that they are still not being responsible the next best option would be to send a Legal Notice to the company. You should hire a lawyer to draft and send legal notice. You can also use services of Voxya if you are unable to find competent lawyer.
